- Advice and consultation regarding Occupational Health & Safety:
SHE ENTERPRISES will ensure that all your company’s Occupational Health & Safety needs are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. As SHE ENTERPRISES is qualified and informed in every aspect of this Act, it will be able to ensure the implementation thereof. - Advice on procedures and requirements under the Occupational Health & Safety Act:
SHE ENTERPRISES stays up-to-date with the latest amendments, procedures and requirements of this Act, and therefore will be able to give accurate and speedy advice. - Advice on procedures and requirements under the Compensation of Occupational Injury and Disease:
SHE ENTERPRISES will do all consulting with the Workmen’s Compensation Office on behalf of your company. Covering injury on duty, first medical, progress medical, final medical and resumption reports, as well as any additional documents, which may be required. - Proper investigation and documentation of all accidents and injuries:
SHE ENTERPRISES will deal with all requirements and the recording of all incidents regarding the above Act. In the case of an accident, the Employer will be expected to contact SHE ENTERPRISES immediately to assist with the investigation, and reporting of the accidents as required by Law. - Training and Safety Meetings:
Managing training Programmes of employees to ensure that duties that are carried out are in order and in accordance with the requirements and procedures of the Act. Taking into consideration the following elements:

After each induction Session, the employees will sign an acknowledgement of training they have received. SHE ENTERPRISES also guarantees that production will not be effected during these in house training sessions. Trainees will receive certificates, relating to the training completed. The training given by SHE ENTERPRISES will comply with every requirement of the Act. - Ensure that the Health and Safety System implemented, is kept up-to-date:
SHE ENTERPRISES will be responsible to ensure that the system implemented at your company is of the highest standard, and updated with the latest amendments of the Act, at all times.
- Safety Representative Appointment:
SHE ENTERPRISES will ensure that a Health & Safety Representative duly elected by his/her co-workers, is appointed. The Health & Safety Representative will be trained and monitored regarding the proper manner and frequency of Safety Inspections and Meetings to be held. - Register and Records:
SHE ENTERPRISES will implement all legally required registers/records and train the relevant Health & Safety Representatives in the proper maintenance of these registers and records. - SHE ENTERPRISES Consultant visits:
A consultant of SHE ENTERPRISES will visit the Employer on a monthly basis to conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, training and consultation at your company. These inspections will be conducted throughout the entire work place covering all aspects of Occupational Health & Safety Act. - Risk Assessments:
Task Analysis
SHE ENTERPRISES will provide a service to do the required task analysis and risk assessments throughout the designated work place with regards to health, safety and environment. - Contractors Compliance:
Ensuring Contractors providing a service to the Employer, comply with Legislation and S.A.B.S Standards. Ensuring that records controlling sub-contractors re-endorsed by the Employer on a monthly basis. - Representation:
SHE ENTERPRISES will represent the Employer in the event of legal proceedings as well as in the event of the Department of Labour inquiries or inspections.
SHE ENTERPRISES can also be contacted at all times to provide advice to the employer, on all aspects of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85, of 1993.
